The GROW Coaching Model is a great technique that can be applied not just for coaching, but is highly motivational when applied correctly. It is also an approach to help influence stakeholders and build trusting relationships. But you must practice this so it becomes natural, otherwise it may have the opposite effects.
OEPS feedback model is a great tool for giving immediate on the spot feedback after observing someone complete something. Key tip remember not all feedback has to be negative and always ask if its ok to provide someone with feedback.
You should always ask others for feedback as this will help drive a culture of it and means your starting to live the 6Ps (Partnering).
